BISMARK (EGG) PANCAKES | |
1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. milk Pinch of salt 4 egg yolks Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in, stirring slowly. Pour 1 cup batter into well buttered and very hot skillet. When slightly brown, flip over and put into hot oven for approximately 4 minutes. Serve with syrup or jam. Serves 2 people. |
