LAST OF THE SEASON RELISH 
3 lg. red peppers
3 lg. green peppers
4 lg. onions
4 stalks celery
4 carrots
1 med. cabbage
3 pts. green tomatoes

Grind all ingredients. Add 1 small handful salt. Let set 2-3 hours. Drain. Put in large pan.

5 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. celery seed

Cook slowly for 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Fill jars and seal.
