1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. softened butter
1 egg
1 c. semi sweet morsels
1 c. chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, butter and egg. Stir in morsels and walnuts, (batter will be very thick). Carefully spread in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely, cut into bars.
