AUNT MARY'S HOT PEPPER MIXTURE 
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. water
1/4 c. salt

Add 5 to 6 peppers per jar and fill with carrots. For mixed, slice cucumbers, carrots, celery and peppers; pack in jars. Heat brine and fill jars. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Make sure jars seal.
