MATZO BALL 
1 tbsp. grated onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Few slices bacon, cooked crisp, cut up
Matzo or cracker meal
1 box wet tea matzos

Combine matzos, bacon, onion, salt, pepper and enough matzo meal to hold balls together. Drop balls into boiling salted water; cook 10 minutes. A great side dish for goulash. Makes 16 balls.
