CHICQETTI CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 chicken breasts, boneless
2 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken
1/2 c. green peppers, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed chicken
Flavored crackers

Cook chicken until tender, reserving 1 cup of the broth. Cook and drain spaghetti. Tear boneless chicken into bite-size pieces. Cut or grate cheese into small pieces. Mix all ingredients (except crackers) very well and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese melts.
