CHILI EGG CASSEROLE 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies

Using mixer, beat eggs until fluffy. Add all remaining ingredients except chilies, blend until smooth. Stir in chilies. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

I just made this for Easter and it was a huge success! Loved it. I used 1/2lb. of Cheddar & 1/2 lb. Jack and I also added more green chilies. I used a little smaller baking dish and added about 10 more minutes to the cooking time. It reheats well. Thanks for the great recipe!!
