EGG - CHILI CASSEROLE 
10 eggs
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
8 oz. can chiles (or less)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt & pepper

Combine everything. Pour into greased dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set and golden. Can be served hot, warm or cold; keeps well in refrigerator and can be served cold. (Good with as little as 4 ounces of chiles.)
