MEXICAN DIP 
16 oz. can refried beans
1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. fresh or frozen avocado dip
4 1/2 oz. can chopped ripe olives
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, minced
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Doritos or taco chips
Tabasco sauce (as desired)

Mix beans and taco seasoning. Spread mixture on bottom of 8 or 9 inch square pan. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed. Chill. Serve with Doritos or taco chips. NOTE: A glass pan makes this dish look even better.
