CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. flour
5 eggs

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once and mix with fork. Remove pan from heat and add eggs one at a time. Bake in greased 11 x 15 pan or 2 (8-inch) round pans at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Cool and fill with filling.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
4 c. milk
Whipping cream and chocolate chips

Mix and beat cream cheese, pudding, and milk until smooth and thick.

Slice open cooked eclair. Fill with pudding mixture. Put top back on and top with whipped cream. Drizzle melted chocolate chips on top.
