PIZZA BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (16 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni or 1/2 cup ham, cubed
1 c. water
2 c. noodles or macaroni, uncooked
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine beef and onion in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and cook on high in the microwave 5 minutes stirring once or until beef loses pink color. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well. Cover and cook 15 to 17 minutes on high, stirring at 5 minute intervals. Top with Mozzarella cheese, recover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
