BEAN/PEA SALAD | |
1 can LeSueur peas 1 can French style green beans 1 can shoe peg corn 1 sm. jar diced pimentos 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. green pepper 1/2 c. onion 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. red wine vinegar Chop celery, green pepper and onion. Mix with other vegetables. Canned vegetables should be drained. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over vegetables, mix and refrigerate. |
