MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken bouillon
1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni
1 c. sliced celery
3 green onions, chopped, including tops
2 c. cooked chicken (white meat)
1 c. French dressing (original)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
1 lg. can mandarin oranges

Fix Rice-a-Roni according to directions substituting chicken bouillon for water; let cool. Mix with celery, onions, chicken, almonds and mandarin oranges. In a bowl mix together French dressing, soy sauce and ginger. Mix well. Pour over rice; mix again. Refrigerate.
