CHICKEN MANDARIN SALAD 
3 1/2 lb. chicken, cooked & diced
1 c. chopped celery
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2/3 c. Miracle Whip
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder, optional
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 oz. slivered almonds
1/3 c. French dressing
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix chicken, rice, celery and almonds. Mix dressing and add to chicken mixture. Add drained mandarin oranges.
