MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 c. diced celery

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Just before serving add almonds and dressing. Serves 4 to 6.
