FRIED CHICKEN | |
fryer 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. red ground pepper 1 tsp. "no salt" Cut up a fryer. Wash in clear water. Mix the flour, black pepper, red pepper and "no salt." Mix dry ingredients in brown sack with dried chicken. Shake off excess flour. Grease iron frying pan over medium heat. Add vegetable oil. Slowly brown chicken on all sides. |
