HAWAIIAN CHICKEN | |
2 chickens, cut for frying 1 stick butter 1 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 can pineapple juice (12 oz.) 1 can pineapple tidbits 1/2-1 c. mushrooms Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 2 hours; drain and put in deep casserole dish. Add pineapple juice, cornstarch to chicken. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Add pineapple tidbits and mushrooms the last 1/2 hour. |
