PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. bacon

SAUCE:

1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder

Or:
1 med. jar spaghetti sauce

No need to boil before covering meatballs.

MEATBALLS: Combine and shape into medium size balls. Cut bacon slices in half, lengthwise. Wrap a strip of bacon around each meatballs and secure with toothpick. Place in baking dish.

SAUCE: Heat to boiling and pour over meatballs.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Time can vary depending on size of meatballs.
