1 (6 oz.) can grape juice (have used apple juice)
1 3/4 oz. powder fruit pectin
2 c. hot water
3 3/4 c. sugar

In 3 quart casserole mix together grape juice and pectin. Stir in water.

Cover, microwave 8 to 9 minutes. Stir after 4 minutes until bubbles for around edge.

Add sugar and mix well. Cover, microwave 6 to 8 minutes, stirring well after 4 minutes. Return to a boil.

Let boil 1 minute longer. Stir and skim off foam with a metal spoon. Ladle into hot sterilized jars. Seal. Makes 4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
