OLIVE GARDEN STYLE FETTUCINE
ALFREDO
 
1- stick butter
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. half and half
dash of salt
garlic, powdered or fresh, to taste
fettucine pasta, cooked

Combine first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan and heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and creamy. Add salt and garlic. Serve over pasta.
