SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (38)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. melted butter

Blend together and pack into bottom of 2-quart casserole. On top of crumbs add 1 pound of clams, shrimp, fish, lobster or scallops or a combination of two. Reserve some crumbs for top.

Make cheese sauce; heat to a boil: 1 tbsp. butter 4 slices American cheese

Thicken with flour and water until fairly thick. Pour over fish and crumbs. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
