GREEN BEAN AND WATER CHESTNUT
CASSEROLE
 
2 (16 oz.) cans French cut green beans (I use DelMonte no salt added)
2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced thinly
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. dry sherry wine
1/4 tsp. crumbled dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix together soup, sherry, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss with green beans and water chestnuts. Turn into a greased baking dish and bake 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes, or until heated through. Serves 8.
