GRANNY J'S CREOLE SLAW | |
1 head cabbage 1/4 cup red onion 1/4 cup yellow onion 1/4 cup white onion 1 carrot, shredded 1/2 bell pepper, diced 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning 1-2 tbsp. water (add to desired consistency) Take head of cabbage and cup up into quarters, then put into food processor and process to shreds, put in large mixing bowl. Slice up all onions, shred carrot and dice bell pepper into bowl with slaw and mix. In another bowl add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over mixed slaw and mix well.
