VEGETABLE SANDWICH FILLING 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 sm. carrots
1 sm. onion
1 sm. cucumber
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Pinch of salt
Pinch of red pepper (to taste)

Grind or grate vegetables. Drain well! Add mayonnaise to cream cheese and mix well. Add well drained vegetables, salt and red pepper. Spread on brown bread.
