SANDWICH FILLINGS 
To boned sardines, add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cayenne to taste.

CHOPPED EGG:

To chopped hard cooked eggs add a few drops onion juice and mayonnaise to form a paste.

CREAM CHEESE AND JELLY:

2 tbsp. cream
1 pkg. cream cheese
2-4 tbsp. tart jelly or jam

CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE:

Moisten: 2 tbsp. pineapple juice 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple 1 tbsp. grated carrot 1/8 tsp. salt

CHEESE AND VEGETABLE:

Moisten 1 package cream cheese with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Add 1-3 tablespoons chopped cucumber, radishes, peppers, scallions or a mixture of all.

VARIETY:

Chop 1/2 pound liverwurst, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon horseradish.

HOT BOSTON:

1 (No. 2) can plain baked beans
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. Thousand Island dressing
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Spread on buttered toast and heat in broiler.

FLAKED FISH:

Use flaked cooked fish or shrimp moistened with mayonnaise, add chopped celery, green pepper, cucumbers, radishes, chives as desired.

SHRIMP:

1 can shrimp (remove dark line from back)
1 lg. green pepper
3 med. sized onions

Grind together through food chopper. Salt to taste and mix thoroughly with 2 teaspoons salad dressing.
