WALNUT OLIVE SANDWICH FILLING 
1/2 c. walnuts
1 can chopped olives (4 1/2 oz.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Chop walnuts medium fine. Drain olives well. Soften cream cheese; mix mayonnaise, salt, and parsley. Add walnuts and olives; mix well. Makes 1 1/3 cups filling. Delicious on grain or raisin breads!
