BROILED SCALLOPS | |
1 lb. scallops 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. tomato juice 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. lime juice 1/2 tsp. ginger Rinse and put scallops in medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle scallops with garlic salt. Combine tomato juice, soy sauce, lime juice and ginger. Pour over scallops in bowl. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Broil 4 inches below heat for 8 minutes. Baste while broiling. Yield: 2 servings. |
