2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Add sugar; beat thoroughly. Add all dry ingredients and beat thoroughly. Heat Wesson oil and milk to boiling point and blend into mixture. Add vanilla flavoring. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
