CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can cranberry sauce, cubed
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. crushed nuts

Mix dry ingredients, add milk, egg, and melted butter. Beat thoroughly. Add cranberry sauce, blend only as necessary. Pour into 2 heavily greased 8x5x2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
