ROASTED PECANS | |
1 lb. pecans (halves do best) 3/4 stick butter Spread pecans in large shallow baking dish. Cut up butter over pecans. Bake in 300 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes (until slightly browned). Stir frequently to keep pecans moist and to prevent burning. Turn out on paper towels and salt to taste. Store in airtight jar after thoroughly cooled. |
