CLAM SCALLOP 
2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams with liquid
2 crushed crackers
2 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Dash of pepper & salt

Combine all ingredients and place in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until puffy and brown.
