APRICOT CRISP 
1 can apricot halves
1/2 c. firmly packed browned sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Whipped cream

Drain apricots and arrange in a 9 inch pie pan or baking dish. Combine sugar, flour, butter, and salt into a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle over the apricots and bake at 325-350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 6.
