3-MONTH COLESLAW 
3 lbs. cabbage
2 med. onion
1 bell pepper
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil

Shred cabbage finely with grinder. Onions and bell pepper and sugar. Let stand about 30 minutes. Mix all other ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour hot mixture over cabbage mix. Let stand until cool. Put in covered bowl in icebox. Will keep for 3 months.
