THIRTY DAY CAKE 
Start at least 30 days before you need the cake. Make it in a gallon container with a lid.

On day 1 mix: 1 lg. can peaches with syrup, chopped

Stir once a day for 10 days. On day 10 add: 1 lg. can crushed pineapple with syrup 1 lg. can fruit cocktail with syrup

Stir once a day for 10 days. On day 20 add:

Stir once a day for 10 more days. To make cake mix: 2/3 c. oil 1 box butter pecan instant pudding 4 eggs 1 c. pecans 1 yellow cake mix, any kind

Bake in a greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When done remove from pan. Pour glaze over hot cake.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. juice from fruit
1/4 c. butter

Cook at a boil for 1 minute. Glaze can be used on ham or pork chops.
