ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini, about 4 sm.
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Makes a great side dish. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked when guests arrive.
