SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. butter
Apple cider enough to bind

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. egg
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 lbs. apples

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

CRUST:

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter (1 tablespoon at a time) then cold cider.

FILLING:

Combine all ingredients. Add apples last. Bake 450 degrees 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

Top with topping before baking. Enjoy!
