PEANUT BUTTER BANANA MILKSHAKE 
This is a great source of protein and will give you a very nice boost of energy.

3 healthy, ripe bananas (or 5 ripe baby bananas)
2 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup guava juice
1 1/2 to 2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup crushed ice

Break up bananas into 2-inch pieces and add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until preferred consistency (about 5 to 10 seconds depending on how powerful your blender is).

Warning: Known to be addicting and irresistible!
