DEVILED CHICKEN STRATA 
4 c. herb seasoned croutons
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. half and half

Place 2 cups croutons in greased 11 x 7 baking dish; mix next 7 ingredients. Spread chicken mix over croutons. Top with remaining croutons. In bowl combine eggs and half and half. Pour egg mix over croutons. Cover and refrigerate 2 up to 24 hours. Bake uncovered 1 hour in 375 degree oven. Let stand 10 minutes. Serves 8.
