HAM BALLS | |
1 lb. lean pork 1 lb. ham 1 c. cracker meal 1 egg, beaten Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. cloves Grind together pork and ham. Add cracker meal, egg and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Form into balls or small rolls. Combine water, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and cloves in small pan. Bring to boil and pour over balls. Baste occasionally. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours. |
