1ST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

2ND LAYER:

1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs

3RD LAYER:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg. Pour in bottom of favorite pie crust. Mix pumpkin, spices, milk and 2 eggs. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 30 to 40 minutes. Mix butter, brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle over 2nd layer. Broil until brown.
