CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 pie crust

Combine above ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Fill pie crust with meat mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine 4 oz. (1 cup) cheese, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8
