SATURDAY MORNING FRENCH TOAST 
2 slices bread
2 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tbsp. fruit jam
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Serves 1. To assemble sandwich: 1.) Spread cream cheese on 1 slice of bread. Layer fruit jam over cream cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread. 2.) Beat egg and milk together. Dip sandwich into egg mixture. 3.) Melt butter in skillet. Grill sandwich until golden brown. 4.) To serve: Cut into 4 wedges.
