HAM STRATA 
12 slices white bread
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, sliced or shredded
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked ham, chopped fine
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. instant onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Shredded cheese, optional

Cut 12 doughnut shapes and holes from bread. Fit remaining scraps of bread into a 9x13 pan. Arrange cheese slices over bread. Add a layer of broccoli and then the ham. Place bread doughnuts and holes on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
