HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Few drops lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
10 Ritz crackers, crushed

Chop drained artichokes fine. Mix all above. Crush 10 Ritz crackers and pour on top before baking. Bake at 325 degrees until golden, 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot with Triscuits.
