HONEYED CHICKEN 
1 to 3 lbs. fryer chicken, cut up in pieces or you can just use chicken wings
1 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Lay chicken in roasting pan or wings in a 9 x 13 inch pan skin side up. In saucepan, mix honey, butter, lemon juice, and salt. Heat until mixture is bubbly. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
