LAZY DAISY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each of pepper, celery salt, garlic salt
1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. grated onion
10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/4 soup can of water (gravy coloring if desired)

Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water and onion. Form into 24 small balls. Roll in flour; brown in hot fat. Mix soup (water - gravy coloring if desired). Pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.

This recipe is in a cookbook my mom had from the 50's. I loved it as a kid and now I make it around Thanksgiving. It is delicious but time consuming. My daughter requested it this year.
