1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour

Combine boiling water and oats; set aside. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees. Drizzle thin powdered sugar frosting over or serve plain.
