LAZY DAISY MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each pepper, celery salt & garlic salt
1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. grated onion
10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup

(Or 1/4 soup can water omit water above and add small can of mushroom and water from can.)

Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water and onion. Form into 24 small balls. Brown in hot flat skillet. Mix soup, water or mushrooms and pour over meatballs that have been browned. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve on rice.
