SUPER GRITS 
1 c. white hominy grits
4 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. grated cheese for topping

Cook grits and milk until thick. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and blend in 1/2 cup cheese, the butter and eggs. Pour into a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
