1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Place butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla, and salt; mix and drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Cool for about 1/2 hour. Makes 3 dozen.
